As a child, I hated history! It did not relate
to my life! Only in recent years did I begin developing an appreciation for America's deep Christian heritage. Collecting old textbooks - some dating back to the 1800s - I became amazed with what today's texts omit! As an addition to the upcoming Kids' Section on this web site, I decided to write a bit about our history -- hopefully in a way that will capture kids' interest and create an appreciation for our rich Christian heritage. With God's help, I pray this site will become a resource for home-schoolers, students, teachers, and all who understand the exhortation to "remove not the old landmarks."
